Adjustable Height
This Sealy adjustable bed comes with fully assembled legs that can be adjusted to 4 different heights. Most of the power base sizes have 4 legs, while the King and California king have 6 legs. Just add or remove leg segments for the desired height. The legs screw onto the base without tools or special equipment. You can use the base alone at 4 inches high, or attach the legs for the following total heights:

- 16 inches
Mattress Retainer Bar
The mattress retainer bar fits into the foot of the power base to prevent the mattress from sliding down as you change settings. The ends of the retainer bar slip into place without the use of tools or equipment.
Weight Capacity
The power base can support 250 pounds per person that is evenly distributed from the head to the foot of the base. The maximum weight capacity is 650 pounds. The base is not designed to support or lift weight solely at the head or foot section.

The Ease power base is available in a full range of sizes. The king and California king bases are horizontally split into two pieces.
